Meet Our Doctor
Dr. Bill Dischinger has worked as a partner with his father, Terry, for over 10 years now. This has been the fulfillment of a dream. They have learned much together over these years, as clinicians, partners, and father and son. The Dischinger Team have been great together, and will only continue to improve.
Dr. Bill grew up in Lake Oswego and graduated from Lake Oswego High School where he was an all-state basketball player and earned all-district honors in football and golf. Following high school, Dr. Bill attended Oregon State University for his undergraduate studies and continued to the University of Oregon Health Science Center where he earned his DMD in 1997. His certificate in orthodontics was earned in 1999 at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Bill married his high school sweetheart, Kari Lynn Hayes, who is also from Lake Oswego. Kari Lynn is certified as a neonatal intensive care nurse and takes care of their family. They are the proud parents of four boys: Taylor, Turner, and their twins, Trey and Tristan. Dr. Bill and his wife enjoy long walks together, traveling to new and exciting places, and trying new restaurants. He is an avid golfer and plays as much as possible. However, spending time with his family is his number one hobby. Dr. Bill has many interests and hobbies outside of the practice including activities within his church, family time, and spending as much time as possible with his four sons (who he will admit are a handful)!
The Dischinger Team prides themselves on providing the latest and most up-to-date treatment for our patients. In order to do so, Dr. Bill maintains membership with a number of dental and orthodontic professional associations that enable him to actively participate in continuing education and remain current on advances in orthodontic treatment.
Meet Our Staff
Carrie has worked for Dischinger Orthodontics since 1988. The first 10 years she was an assistant in the clinic and now is the Front Office Coordinator. She enjoys walking, snowshoeing, reading, gardening and spending time with her two grown sons Michael and Dylan.
Leah has been working in the dental field since July, 2012 and is enjoying every second. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching OSU football and baseball.
Erin has enjoyed working for our Dischinger Team for the past few years. When she is not creating solutions as our Social Media Manager, you will find her cheering on one of her four kids (who keep her VERY busy) on the softball or football fields, volleyball courts or at a track meet. Whenever she does get a break, you just might find her on a date with her best friend & husband, Jeff, enjoying a quiet happy hour.
Suzi has been with the Dischinger Team since 2001. She is married to Michael, who is a Pastor in Canby. They have two children, Heather and Spenser. Suzi enjoys getting to know our patients, scrapbooking, and planning Disney trips!
Morgan has been in orthodontics for over 15 years. She loves the joy in creating beautiful smiles. When she's not with us you can find her with her 3 wonderful daughters and husband playing soccer, basketball or boarding on the mountain. Rain or shine, Morgan's always up for a good time in the great Northwest!
Lin has worked for the Dischinger Team for 27 years. Lin has 2 sons and 8 wonderful grandchildren. She loves to read, snowshoe, scuba dive and travel with her husband Mike.
